Job summary

Hi Hope Service Center, Inc. seeks a Residential Program Manager II to oversee residential group homes, supervise staff, monitor ISPs, and ensure health, safety, and quality of life for individuals served.

You will lead DSPs, collaborate with families, coordinate with nursing, and ensure regulatory compliance across Medicaid waiver services and documentation systems like Therap, while promoting person-centered care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in requirements.
• Must meet Georgia DBHDD DDP qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years supporting individuals with ID/DD.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/leadership experience in residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid Waiver, ISP, documentation, training, and residential delivery.
• Knowledge of Georgia DBHDD, DCH, HFR, Medicaid, HIPAA and quality standards preferred.
• Experience with health/safety risk management, behavioral supports, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned residential group homes ensuring quality services and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, training, and performance feedback to DSPs and staff.
• Ensure ISPs are implemented according to individuals' needs and services.
• Serve as Developmental Disability Professional (DDP) and oversee waiver services.
• Review assessments (HRST, SIS, FBE) and other required evaluations.
• Conduct pre-ISP planning and review logs and goals documentation.
• Participate in ISP, SIS, IDT, Resident Council meetings and related forums.
• Monitor Behavior Support Plans, Crisis Plans, and high-intensity services when applicable.
• Review and approve staff documentation and ensure timely corrections.
• Collaborate with Nursing on medications, directives, and documentation.
• Train staff on documentation standards and Therap system usage.
• Maintain open communication with individuals served, families, coordinators, providers, and management.
• Prepare and monitor reports, incident documentation, shift logs, and quarterly summaries.
• Monitor staffing and scheduling to maintain service standards and minimize overtime.
• Ensure menus, medical directives, medication schedules, and supplies are maintained.
• Coordinate transportation for medical appointments and activities.
• Monitor household expenditures and purchases for assigned homes.
• Demonstrate safety and de-escalation techniques and provide direct care when needed.
• Participate as an active member of Residential Services and Hi-Hope management teams.
