Job summary

Monarch is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations at our Tryon, NC locations. The role focuses on supporting staff and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives in their communities.

It requires leadership, strong communication, and adherence to person-centered planning. Responsibilities include supervising staff across shifts, coordinating scheduling, maintaining documentation and records, and participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings (2 years).
• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses or IDD (2 years).
• Management experience (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite management of daily operations for assigned residential locations.
• Lead, supervise and coach staff; ensure staff follow person-centered plans and agency procedures.
• Monitor budgets, paperwork, time sheets, payroll, and on-call coverage; maintain incident reporting and records.
