• Master degree in Human Services with 1 year full-time experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing assessment and develop person-centered plans.
• Oversee staff performance and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate documentation in EHR and maintain records.
• Schedule on-call coverage and respond to incidents.
• Hire, discipline, training, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
