Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in Tryon, NC, seeks a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations. You will support staff and individuals to enhance quality of life, implementing person-centered plans and coordinating with the team to meet goals within the community.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid NC driver’s license, and 1 year of management experience. Sleepovers possible; on-call rotation included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• Valid Driver's License (USA).
• 1 year of management experience (or as required).
• Experience with individuals with IDD in residential, community, or day programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure person-centered plans are implemented creatively and timely.
• Lead and supervise staff, including floaters and substitutes.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate with providers and natural supports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and payroll-related tasks.
• Ensure budget adherence and reporting; manage daily operations across shifts.
• Provide on-call coverage and respond to incidents per policy.
