Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations at a Charlotte location. You will support both staff and individuals to improve quality of life through person-centered services in the community.

You will implement plans, supervise staff, and ensure documentation, incident response, and on-call coverage are handled effectively. A High School Diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with on-site supervision and potential sleepovers as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings.
• Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual/developmental disability.
• Management experience in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure person-centered plans are implemented creatively and timely.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff across shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and payroll-related records.
• Develop systems for cross-shift communication and incident response.
• Assist in administrative duties and contractual compliance.
