Job summary

Monarch is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations in North Carolina. This role supports staff and individuals served to enhance quality of life through community-based services.

You will lead person-centered planning, coordinate with providers, and ensure proper documentation. Sleepovers and travel may be required; a Driver's License is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings.
• Experience working with children or adults with mental health diagnoses or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the person-centered plan is implemented creatively and innovatively as well as timely; staff use person-centered and positive approach strategies.
• Participate in team meetings with other providers and natural supports as needed.
• Ensure plans are documented effectively and updated in a timely fashion.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the people supported and their preferences, challenges and daily routines.
• Respond to all incidents following agency policies and procedures.
