Hope is a clinical, educational, and therapeutic provider in Illinois seeking an administrative support role. You will coordinate scheduling, overtime, medical appointments, payroll checks, and staff communications under the Director of Residential Services.

Qualifications

• 60 college credit hours or equivalent years of experience.
• Extension knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access and Excel.
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and DCFS licensed driver.
• Successful background clearance, physical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Set shifts and fill overtime vacancies according to guidelines.
• Post and award overtime and assign staff for medical appointments.
• Check payroll punches twice within each week and send training notices.
• Maintain work schedules and monitor tardiness/absenteeism.
• Input daily updates of employee status in ADP.
• Notify managers of tardiness and absenteeism per policies.
