LSSI is hiring a full-time Residential Treatment Specialist/HUD Service Coordinator. Under the general supervision of the Group Home Supervisor, this role provides counseling and case management including service coordination to mentally ill adults in a group home setting to promote recovery and independent living skills. The position operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with three shifts per week (7:00am–7:00pm and 7:00pm–7:00am). Work beyond the three scheduled shifts is compensated at time and a half, and holidays scheduled are paid at double time.

Essential Functions
- Coordinate home and community-based services through needs assessments and case management for a caseload of 8–10 clients
- Monitor milieu, provide skills and educational training, and offer crisis intervention as needed
- Achieve mastery of the Carelogic EHR system
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative documentation within accreditation and licensure standards; knowledge of Rule 140
- Facilitate maintenance of a safe, secure, and sanitary milieu according to house rules and governmental standards
Position Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in human/social services preferred
- Preferably MHP or QMHP
- Good written and oral communication skills; proficiency in English
- Basic technology proficiency (email, phone, word processing)
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and computer skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software
- Must have basic car insurance and a valid driver’s license with access to insured vehicle
