Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated skills in individual, group case management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the day-to-day operation of the residential facility.
• Enforces Agency and residential policy.
• Provides intake and orientation of new clients.
• Conducts groups or activities for clients.
• Assists with meal preparation and kitchen clean-up after meals.
• Coordinates and monitors client chores.
• Observes client behaviors and reports to advocates or senior advocate.
• Addresses behaviors affecting safety or progress.
• Aids clients in achieving goals.
• Advocates for clients with service providers.
• Documents all services provided.
• Answers the Agency 24-hour crisis line.
• Participates in education and staff meetings.
• Performs clerical duties and data entry.
• Coordinates services with other staff.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Promotes a positive workplace attitude.
