Job summary

HOPE Cooperative (TLCS, Inc.) seeks a Residential Services Coordinator to support residents at Palmer Apartments in Sacramento, aiding progress toward independent living through emotional support, living-skill coaching, activity coordination and group facilitation. The role is full-time, non-exempt with a 10:00PM–6:30AM night shift, Tue–Sat.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses.
• Lived experience with mental health or as a family member desirable.
• Knowledge of Sacramento community resources desirable.
• Crisis intervention experience desirable.
• Experience with substance abuse issues desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and teach living skills to residents.
• Coordinate program activities and facilitate groups and client activities.
• Support residents toward independent living and advocate for progress.
• Assist with transportation in personal vehicle as needed.
• Document forms and reports accurately and timely.
• Link clients to resources and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
