Job summary

Catholic Community Services is seeking a part-time Residential Services Coordinator for a 24/7 housing project for highly vulnerable adults. You will manage crisis situations, coordinate external services, and support residents with daily operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and model professional behavior in common areas
• Coordinate outside services and manage appointments
• Provide outreach to service-resistant residents and build trust
• Initiate and promote on-site recreational and therapeutic activities
• Ensure lobby operations—check visitors in/out, answer phones, monitor security
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Supervisor/Director
• Record significant events in daily logs and communicate during shifts
• Address resident complaints and coordinate with staff and partners
• Assess requests for maintenance, leases, rent, and assistance
• Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings
• Provide transportation to residents as needed
• Other duties as assigned
