Job summary

STYL Residential in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Service Technician II to join our maintenance team. You will handle day-to-day maintenance, including move-in/move-out repairs, troubleshoot equipment, perform unit turns, and uphold resident service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in residential maintenance, EPA Type I/II or CPO certifications preferred, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be reliable, able to work on-call, and communicate effectively with residents and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities or related trade.
• EPA Type I and II certifications preferred, CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Maintain building and grounds in clean, safe condition.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units and timely turnovers.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership about issues and updates.
• Assist with inventory, parts, and vendor coordination.
• Use mobile devices to dispatch service requests and update status.
