STYL Residential is seeking a Service Manager for the 4550 Cherry Creek Apartments in Denver, CO. You will lead a maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure top-tier resident service at a growing multifamily portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in residential maintenance, EPA I/II and CPO certifications, and willingness to handle on-call events. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance service experience in residential communities.
• EPA Type I and II certifications are required.
• CPO certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Renovation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed.
• Assist property manager with budgeted expectations.
• Train and develop property technicians on all property systems.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours situations.
