Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in property/facilities maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Supervise and partner with assigned staff turning vacant apartments for new move-ins
• Troubleshoot maintenance service requests and perform repairs
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, drywalling, appliances, and carpentry
• Experience with general swimming pool and hot tub operations
• Perform daily inspections of buildings, common areas, and grounds for cleanliness and safety
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and investors
