Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Technicians at our Canter Green community in Union, NJ. The role combines hands-on maintenance with administrative oversight to uphold the highest standards of resident service.

You will manage repairs, safety, budgeting support, and training across property systems while coordinating with vendors and the property manager. Compensation is $38-$40 per hour, plus a quarterly bonus, with comprehensive benefits and career-growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies at appropriate levels
• Ensure adherence to safety programs, policies, and procedures
• Maintain superior customer service with residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors
• Work with Maintenance team on preventative maintenance program
• Assist property manager in budgeted expectations
• Train and develop property technicians on all property systems
• Ensure all building emergencies are handled in a timely manner
• Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain personal skill level
• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned
