AIR Communities operates Creekside Apartment Homes in Denver, CO, seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities and a small team in delivering exceptional resident service at a busy community.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, and capital projects while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards. This role offers an on-site, full-time schedule with a strong compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2+ direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed
• Ensure property follows AIR operating procedures, regulations, and environmental health & safety guidelines
• Manage budget efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining quality and customer service
