Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Denver to manage the make-ready process for new move-ins and respond to service requests. You will act as a liaison between management and maintenance, ensuring timely, quality readiness and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Management and Maintenance.
• Adheres to Company Key Policy.
• Maintains organized Resident Service Request files.
• Assist and attend resident functions.
• Maintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations.
• Coordinate make ready process for both shows and move in apartments.
• Monitor quality of make readies.
• Ensure the community sales team has an adequate supply of leaseable units at all times.
• Update Make Ready Boards daily.
• Assist in scheduling outside contractors for make readies.
• Work within budgeted guidelines.
• Coordinate upgrades in designated units.
• Input complete work orders into Key Trac.
• Report maintenance problems as observed.
• Stay informed of Operations Manual policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies and use safety equipment.
• Be courteous to residents, prospects, coworkers and vendors.
• Participate in community improvement and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain punctuality and good attendance.
• Work overtime, weekends, holidays and evenings as required.
• Have reliable contact method for emergencies.
• Wear company uniform with photo ID.
• May be transferred to other Highmark communities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Community Director or Maintenance Supervisor
