Qualifications

• Must have an associate’s degree; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate pest technician teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with safety and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technician performance and training needs.
• Maintain inventory levels of pest control products and tools.
