Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician teams across our branches. You will ensure effective daily operations, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive safety and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor routes, manage performance, handle inventory, and coordinate training for sales and service staff. A strong leader with communication skills and problem-solving abilities is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technician performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Coordinate ongoing training for sales and service teams.
