Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead Pest Technician teams at local branches. You will drive daily field operations, ensure top-notch service delivery, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes people leadership, route optimization, and strong customer service as part of a nationwide pest-control leader.

You will manage scheduling, training, inventory, and compliance while mentoring staff and growing with the Rentokil family of companies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Having 1-2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Strong communications skills—impersonal, written, presenting.
• Ability to lead, motivate others and build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail-oriented with a strong safety mindset.
• Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales/service calculations.
• Comfortable working outside and in crawl spaces/attics when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring branch scheduling and ensuring pest tech routes are successfully completed.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Responding to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
• Inspecting and evaluating the performance of Pest Technicians.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitating continual training of local sales and service teams.
