Ideal candidates have an associate degree, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; relocation willingness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams to deliver quality service.
