Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; four-year degree desirable.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years related experience helpful.
• Willingness to relocate is desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pest technician teams to deliver outstanding service at local branches.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed; manage inventory of products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Respond to customer concerns and cancel requests as needed.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance and provide coaching.
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.
