Terminix seeks a Service Manager to lead local Pest Technician Teams and ensure outstanding service delivery across branches. You will supervise schedules, maintain safety standards, and address customer concerns to safeguard satisfaction and retention.

The role requires an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to relocate. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to safety are essential in a field-based leadership position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate strongly desired.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Problem-solving and practical decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a keen sense of safety and compliance.
• Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pest Technician teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor branch scheduling and route completion for efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance.
• Maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training for local sales and service teams.
