Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate pest technician teams at a local branch, delivering outstanding service to residential and commercial customers. You will manage daily field operations, ensure routes are completed, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate others; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.
