Legacy Service Partners in Orlando, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face and voice of our residential service teams. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and support technicians while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; you will coordinate with dispatch, maintain records, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of CSR experience
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with service industries like plumbing/heating is a plus
• Ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians.
• Coordinate with technicians to optimize scheduling and travel routes.
• Provide information on services, pricing, and appointment details.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up after service.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting over the phone when possible.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on policies and procedures to answer inquiries accurately.
