Job summary

AD Solutions is hiring a Scheduler in Orlando, FL to coordinate technician schedules and act as the primary contact for customers and internal teams. You will ensure smooth daily operations by sharing updates, addressing changes, and delivering exceptional service from first contact to ongoing support.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or scheduling, strong communication, and on-site availability Monday through Friday. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear and professional speaking voice.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and business software.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• On-site work in Orlando (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician schedules while serving as a key communication point for customers and internal teams.
• Keep daily operations moving by updating schedules and communicating changes.
• Escalate conflicts or exceptions to keep work on track.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person with professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records.
• Assist in team meetings and provide scheduling updates to leadership.
