Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience (call center or similar environment preferred)
• Dispatching experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency with scheduling or CRM software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar is a plus)
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude
