Job summary

EchoStar in Florida is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You’ll educate customers on how to use the tech and identify opportunities to offer additional services, while keeping a clean, professional workspace and collaborating with the team.

You’ll visit homes, handle installations, troubleshoot, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evening/weekend/holiday shifts.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Determination and adaptability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
