Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products directly at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful, all while maintaining a professional, safety-conscious presence.

You will travel to customer sites, work both independently and with a team, and contribute to a world-class customer experience that EchoStar is known for.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Schedule flexibility: evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical abilities: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and collaborate with the team while working independently.
