Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to deliver DISH and smart home solutions to customers across diverse homes. You will install and service equipment, teach users how to operate devices, and suggest complementary services to enhance the home experience.

Expected duties include traveling to customer sites with a company vehicle, maintaining a professional demeanor, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required due to driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs; must meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and create a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
