Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and promote additional services as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area and staying professional while working independently, yet connected with the team. You must have a valid driver’s license, be flexible with shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays, and be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and climbing

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Schedule Flexibility: willingness to travel and work various shifts.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must maintain 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus and problem-solving skills essential.
• Ability to handle tight spaces and weather conditions.
• Adaptability to changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
