Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to manage the full sales process from lead to closing and to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will continually source new opportunities, assist customers in selecting and designing their dream home, and coordinate with realtors to ensure a smooth transaction. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to meet sales goals while upholding the company’s integrity and reputation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years related sales experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and endure daily walking.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton value proposition to customers and realtors.
• Source new sales opportunities and manage the sales process.
• Close sales and coordinate with loan, options, and construction teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through closing.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with team members.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to establish new relationships.
