Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service. You will continuously source new customers, help clients find and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining ethical standards. This is a full-time position based in Orlando, FL, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience required.
Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
Ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile, tablet, or laptop.
Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and product capabilities to customers.
Identify customer goals and position DR Horton as best solution.
Overcome objections and close sales.
Document transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
Source new sales opportunities and network with realtors.
Develop and present a marketing plan for new relationships.
Manage time and meet sales goals; collaborate with team.
Maintain and expand customer prospect database.
Attend sales meetings and build rapport with customers and team.
