D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service for homebuyers. You will source new customers, help design dream homes, and ensure a smooth transaction from start to close.

The role emphasizes effective communication, drive to meet sales targets, and collaboration with Realtors and the sales team. Candidates should be ready to travel and work in a fast-paced environment with strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution available.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Create and provide a marketing plan to management for establishing new customer relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work effectively with other team members.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
