Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help customers design their dream home and coordinate with realtors to grow a strong client base.

Responsibilities include communicating value proposition, overcoming objections, maintaining transactional documentation, and driving new sales opportunities in a dynamic homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience is required.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile devices and laptops.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and capabilities to customers.
• Uncover customer goals and position DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and build relationships with realtors.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan for new customer relationships.
