Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking an entry-level Community Sales Assistant to support engagement with prospective buyers, prepare sales materials, and maintain CRM data.

The role provides exposure to the homebuilding sales process, model home operations, and customer interactions under supervision. The position offers a base hourly wage during training and an opportunity to earn commissions, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to ensure a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed, assisting with tours, and addressing routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales-related data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Support onsite events, community activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including contracts, paperwork, and reporting.
• Learn local market, competitor pricing, floor plans, and options offered.
• Collaborate with mortgage team to provide a seamless customer experience.
