• Examine items entering the facility for safety.
• Monitor video footage of hallways and common areas.
• Report safety hazards to supervisors or maintenance.
• Work with security personnel to ensure safety of staff and residents.
• Prepare units for vacancies and document actions taken.
• Record incident details and outcomes.
• May require evenings, weekends, and holidays.
