Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Residential Route Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery for residential customers, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective routes. You will supervise drivers, enforce safety practices, and align operations with company core values.

Responsibilities include route planning, daily pre-trip checks, addressing customer issues, coordinating with city officials as needed, and guiding staff through training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in transportation, logistics or waste industry.
• Knowledge of Safety guidelines and drivers coaching; OSHA/DOT familiarity.
• Valid CDL (A or B) or ability to obtain within 3 months; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and daily operations; ensure safe, timely service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce company policies.
• Route planning, dispatch coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Address customer issues to maintain service levels and satisfaction.
• Conduct safety meetings, training, and evaluations; manage incidents.
