Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential roofing sales experience.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring a sales team (preferred).
• Demonstrated door-to-door canvassing experience.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and estimating tools (e.g., HouseCall Pro).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Knock doors, close complex roofing estimates, navigate insurance claims, and drive high conversion rates.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a 5–10 person Outside Sales team; monitor KPIs and activity goals.
