HomeLyfe Roofing is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a field-driven sales team across residential roofing projects in Phoenix. You will knock doors, close complex roofing deals, and guide a 5–10 person team to surpass targets.

This role requires hands-on leadership, sales excellence, and a willingness to be in the field daily. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and overrides, plus opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential roofing sales experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team (preferred).
• Proven door-to-door canvassing experience.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and estimating tools (HouseCall Pro).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: knock doors in storm-affected areas and close deals.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, motivate, and manage 5–10 reps; monitor KPIs.
• On-site inspections: supervise inspections and ensure quality assessments.
• Develop tactics with field team to achieve high conversion rates.
