Job summary

Community Care Alliance is hiring Residential Treatment Workers (Per Diem) to support residents in our substance use treatment houses. The role provides case management, basic living and relapse prevention skills, and daily psycho-educational groups, with a focus on crisis intervention as needed.

You will travel between sites in Pawtucket, Johnston, and Providence to cover shifts, participate in activities with clients, monitor medications, and help with meals and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience in mental health/substance abuse preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required; may be obtained after hire.
• Active driver's license with ability to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication monitoring and education.
• Facilitate activities and support daily living/relapse prevention skills.
• Travel between Pawtucket, Johnston, and Providence to cover shifts; transport clients when needed.
