The position is on-site, requires strong leadership and communication, and involves coordinating staffing, onboarding, and safety/compliance efforts within a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recovery/support staff in residential care settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Ability to handle coaching conversations and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate Recovery Support Professionals and team leads.
• Schedule staff and ensure 24/7 coverage for a residential program.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Provide backup coverage during absences and vacations.
• Oversee medication procedures, drug screening, and documentation.
• Partner with clinical and admin teams to support patient care.
• Coordinate patient transportation and monitor facility safety and cleanliness.
• Manage attendance, performance, and personnel responsibilities.
