Job summary

Area Substance Abuse Council is seeking a dedicated supervisor for Recovery Support Professionals to ensure 24/7 coverage in residential and halfway house programs. You will schedule, assign duties, and monitor on-call rotations while coordinating with clinical and administrative teams.

You will lead staff interviews, provide training, and act as a back-up to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Strong leadership and a working knowledge of SUD services are essential to success.

Qualifications

• AA or BA in a human services or management related field.
• HS Diploma/GED may substitute for education if applicable.
• Knowledge of SUD treatment, human services, leadership and management.
• Ability to use and work with technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 Recovery Support Professional coverage for assigned programs.
• Interview applicants for RSP positions and assist with hire decisions.
• Act as staff back-up during illnesses or vacancies.
• Participate in staff meetings and coordinate with clinical, childcare, and admin staff.
