Job summary

The role requires documenting patient information, coordinating with clinical, medical, and administrative teams, and supporting the self-administration of medications under nursing oversight.

You will lead shift duties and participate in trainings and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; DHCS AOD Counselor certification preferred.
• Preferred six months experience in related field.
• Ability to utilize electronic health records and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient supervision in a safe, therapeutic setting.
• Document and observe patient information and behaviors; coordinate with departments.
• Ensure adherence to daily program schedule and provide group services.
• Supervise self-administration of medication under nursing supervision.
• Transport patients to off-site appointments or activities; conduct safety checks.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; model Phoenix House values.
• Lead duties for shifts as assigned; perform other duties as needed.
