Job summary

Northeast Recovery LLC is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the third shift (11 PM–7:30 AM) to provide a safe, structured residential living environment. You will work with the Clinical Treatment team and ensure adherence to agency standards and philosophy, supervising clients and supporting group activities.

Requirements include CPR, a High School Diploma, and 1+ year of 12-step fellowship experience, with preferred 2+ years in the treatment field.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of 12-Step fellowship experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years in treatment industry preferred.
• CNA, Behavioral Health Tech, Mental Health Tech, Recovery Specialist, Residential Counselor experience preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct client supervision.
• Facilitating and co-facilitating client non-clinical groups.
• Providing safe client transportation.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation according to agency and licensing requirements.
