Job summary

TPC Wellness seeks a Recovery Support Specialist to oversee and support residents in a structured recovery setting. The role blends supervision, documentation, transport, admissions/discharges support, and behavioral coaching to reinforce positive progress.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and CDCA certification (or ability to obtain soon). CBT knowledge is required to implement recovery-focused practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• CDCA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days; employer assistance provided.
• Ability to apply CBT principles and recovery-focused program practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, structured environment for individuals in recovery.
• Supervise residents, document daily activities, and complete logs.
• Assist admissions, discharges, and orientation.
• Collect urine drug screens and monitor medication distribution.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
