Wellspring, Inc. is looking for a Recovery Technician to positively influence clients in their recovery journey. This role focuses on milieu management, providing supervision, safety, and support during evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy and responsibility for those struggling with substance use disorders. Prior experience in a residential setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience working in a residential setting preferred.
• Desire to support individuals receiving residential treatment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the program during assigned shifts and assess safety needs.
• Act as a positive role model and provide guidance.
• Manage medication distribution and conduct safety checks.
