Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Full-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist for the Drapelick Center in Bloomfield, CT. You will support individuals on parole, conduct urinalysis, manage shift handoffs, and ensure safety and order within the facility.

The role requires attention to detail, a high school diploma with relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and passing a FBOP background check. Weekend/overnight shifts are part of the schedule, with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years in social services or criminal justice, or equivalent experience.
• Must pass FBOP background check and training requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct urinalysis and monitor self-administration of medications.
• Update on client issues, incidents and document results.
• Verify items passed between shifts and ensure facility security.
• Perform searches (areas, rooms, perimeters) and document results.
• Conduct intake on new arrivals and facilitate client orientation.
• Supervise visitation and transport clients as needed.
