Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Full-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist at Drapelick Center in Bloomfield, CT. The role requires a High School Diploma with 4 years in social services or criminal justice, and is limited to male applicants.

You will conduct urinalysis, client checks, and supervise intake, movement, and visits on the 4:00pm–12:00am shift. Applicants must pass a FBOP background check and attend 40 hours of FBOP training.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and 4 years’ experience in social services or criminal justice.
• Male applicants only due to contractual requirements.
• Pass a Federal Bureau of Prisons background check and FBOP training.

Responsibilities

• Report to work 15 minutes before shift start; be present for 4pm–12am shift.
• Conduct urinalysis and monitor client issues/incidents.
• Secure keys, monitor movements, and document searches and counts.
• Supervise visits, intake processes, and client movement in/out of facility.
