Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) seeks a Part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist for the Drapelick program in Bloomfield, CT. The role focuses on supervising clients in a congregate setting, conducting drug tests, intake, and case management to support reintegration and employment goals.

Due to contractual requirements, only male applicants are considered. The position includes shift-based responsibilities, security duties, and extensive documentation to monitor compliance and progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years’ experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Due to contractual requirements, only male applicants for this role.
• Pass a FBOP background check and attend 40 hours FBOP training prior to working with FBOP clients.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct urinalysis.
• Provide updates on client issues and incidents.
• Supervise client movements and searches.
• Complete intake and client orientation for new arrivals.
• Monitor self-administration of medication and ensure documentation.
